How do I know which model I have?

On your iPhone, open Settings, then General, then About. The model name is shown at the top. Pick exactly that model: a case for the Pro will not fit the Pro Max.

Can I charge wirelessly through it?

The supplier does not list a magnetic ring for this case. Wireless charging usually works through a thin case, but it will not snap onto MagSafe chargers or mounts.

What is the difference between matte and chrome?

Matte has a soft, non-shiny finish. Chrome is plated for a mirror-like shine, which shows fingerprints more easily.
